Customer Reviews
Consistent service, reliable green power
I switched to their Impact Tarif about a year ago and just signed up for another term. It's great to know I'm getting 100% green electricity from hydropower, just like last time. The price guarantee gives me peace of mind, and the switch process was as smooth as before. No surprises, which is exactly what I look for in a utility provider. Good to see they're still dependable.
Reliable for my heat pump
I've been using PLAN-B for my Wärmepumpentarif for over a year now, and I just renewed. This order was just as smooth as the last two I did. They've consistently provided reliable service, and I haven't had any issues with billing or supply. I particularly like that they handle the old provider cancellation automatically; it saves a lot of hassle. Compared to my previous provider, their customer service is also more responsive. It's why I keep coming back for my Strom für Wärmepumpen, especially with the price guarantee.
Decent price, slow confirmation
I went with their Festpreistarif a few weeks ago for some peace of mind on my bills. The price itself was competitive, and I appreciate the guarantee. The website was clear enough, but it took a bit longer than I expected to get the final confirmation email after signing up. Not a huge deal, but I was checking my inbox quite a bit. Delivery of service has been smooth since then, so no complaints on the actual electricity.
Good deal, decent bonus
I was looking for a new electricity provider and found PLAN B NET ZERO ENERGY. The Festpreistarif seemed like a good option for budgeting. I also got a new customer bonus, which made the switch even more appealing. It definitely felt like good value for money, especially with the price guarantee. The process of getting everything set up was straightforward, and I felt it was worth the effort to save some cash.
Quick setup, great concept
Switched to the Impact Tarif last week, and it was so simple! I filled out the form, and boom, it was done. Love that they focus on klimaneutraler Strom. I was looking for a real green energy option, and this fits perfectly. Will definitely recommend them to my friends looking to make a change!
Easy switch, felt good about it
Switched over to their Ökostrom Tarif last month. I just wanted something easy and green. The website was simple enough, and they handled canceling my old contract, which was nice. Everything went through without a hitch. I liked that it was 100% green electricity. Made me feel a bit better about my footprint, you know?
Easy switch, good feeling
I just switched to the Ökostrom Tarif last month. The whole sign-up was super easy online, didn't take long at all. It feels good knowing my electricity is 100% green. No drama, just straightforward.
PLAN B NET ZERO ENERGY Community Discussion
Share tips, ask questions & help fellow shoppers save more
I'm looking at their Wärmepumpentarif. Do they actually give a discount for heat pump owners or is it just marketing fluff?
Are those new customer bonuses real or do you have to jump through hoops to get them? Saw something about a 50-150 Euro bonus.
How long does it typically take to switch to Plan B? My current contract ends next month and I don't want any gaps.
Anyone got the heat pump tariff? Is it really better than their regular green tariff? Trying to figure out if it's worth the switch just for that.
I'm moving next year. What happens to my contract if I switch to Plan B now and then move cities?
